摘要
现浇混凝土梁具有缩短工期、施工便利、受力明确的优点。因此,在实际建筑施工中,现浇混凝土梁得以广泛应用。然而在施工中,由于混凝土自身因素及受到外界环境的影响,混凝土现浇梁常常出现不同类型的裂缝。这种裂缝不仅影响结构美观,而且对结构的稳定性和安全性造成威胁,裂缝的预防以及对出现裂缝的应对措施已成为工程界普遍面临的难题,因此,对现浇混凝土梁的裂缝研究及预防具有较高的现实意义。本文分析了现浇梁的裂缝构造特征和不同裂缝类型,归纳总结了实际施工中现浇混凝土梁裂缝产生的原因。研究了温度变化、混凝土收缩以及碱骨料反应对于现浇梁裂缝产生的影响。同时针对提出的现浇混凝土裂缝产生原因,本文给出了预防现浇混凝土梁出现裂缝的措施和出现裂缝后的处理方法。经过现场的实际施工检验,本文所提出的裂缝处理方法简单可靠,对现浇混凝土梁裂缝的预防和控制都取得了明显效果。
Cast-in-place concrete beams have the advantages of shortened construction period,convenient construction and clear force.Therefore,cast-in-place concrete beams are widely used in actual building construction.However during construction,due to the factors of the concrete itself and the external environment,different types of cracks often occur in concrete cast-in-situ beams.This kind of crack not only affects the aesthetics of the structure,but also poses a threat to the stability and safety of the structure.The prevention of cracks and the response to cracks have become a common problem in the engineering community:Therefore,it has a high practical significance for the research and prevention of cracks in cast- in-place concrete beams.In this paper,the author analyzed the structural characteristics of cracks in east-in-situ beams and different types of cracks,summarized the causes of cracks in east-in-place concrete beams during actual construotion.The effects of temperature changes,concrete shrinkage and alkali-aggregate reactions on cracks in cast-in-place beams were investigated.At the same time,aiming at the cause of the proposed east-in-place concrete cracks,the author gave measures to prevent cracks in cast-in-place concrete beams and the treatment methods after cracks appeared.After the actual construction inspection at the site,the crack treatment method proposed in this paper is simple and reliable.It has obvious effects on the prevention and control of cracks in cast-in-place eonerete beams.
