摘要 短线单独预制法施工工艺具有节段预制速度快、生产成本低、场地适应性强等典型优势,节段的预制施工质量和线形控制是其两大关键技术控制点。本文通过56m节段拼装箱梁施工对短线单独预制法施工工艺进行分析研究,结果表明节段块的预制速度快,而预制工序对整个节段拼装箱梁工程工期的影响较小;制梁场工厂化预制措施可以确保节段块的施工质量和线形控制效果;在制梁场内设置坐标控制网,提高模板拼装、预留孔洞、中线控制等方面的精度,可以保证节段块线形的控制精度。 As a construction process,short-term independent prefabrication has many typical advantages,including fast segment precast speed,low production cost and strong site adaptability.During prefabrication construction,its construction quality and linear control were two key points.In this paper,short-term separate precast construction process was analyzed through the construction of 56 m segment assembled box girder.The results show that the segment block has faster prefabrication speed,and the precast process has little effect on the project duration of assembling box girder in the whole section.The factory prefabricated measures for beam-making field can ensure the construction quality and linear control effect of the segment block.And the control accuracy of segment block alignment can be guaranteed by setting coordinate control network in beam-making field and improving the accuracy of template assembling,reserving holes and controlling the midline.
