复杂环境下暗挖车站近贴既有区间风险控制研究 被引量:7

摘要 由于轨道交通多建设在城市的核心区,在建设过程中不可避免地穿越既有运营地铁工程进行换乘。本文以北京地铁17号线东大桥站下穿既有地铁6号线区间隧道为背景,介绍了新建17号车站的周边复杂情况和工程的重难点。针对工程难点进行了方案比选,论证了近距离侧穿既有线工程的施工方法。施工中采用深孔注浆超前加固地层,以减少群洞开挖沉降叠加效应,袖阀管跟踪动态补偿注浆,并采用自动化实时监测技术等多种综合措施进行风险控制,较好地控制了既有地铁6号线区间结构变形,确保了既有地铁区间结构和轨道的稳定及列车运行的安全,对类似工程项目有一定的参考价值。 Because the rail transit is mostly built in the center area of the city,it is inevitable to pass through the existing operating subway project during the construction process.Based on the background of the Dongdaqiao Station of Beijing Subway Line 17 under-passing the tunnel of the existing subway line 6,the surrounding complex and key difficulties of the project were introduced in this paper.According to the engineering difficulties,the scheme was compared and selected,and the construction methods of short-distance side-crossing existing railway project were demonstrated.Deep hole grouting was used in construction to reinforce strata in advance to reduce the superposition effect of excavation settlement.The sleeve valve pipe was adopted for tracking dynamic compensation grouting,and some comprehensive measures such as automated real-time monitoring technology were taken for risk control,which well controlled the interval structure deformation of the existing Beijing Subway Line 6,and ensured the stability of the existing subway interval structure as well as the train operation safety.It could be served as a certain reference value for similar projects.
