我国地域辽阔,地形复杂,各地自然地理环境差异明显,地形条件呈现出诸多形态,这就使铁路线路的选线工作面临着严峻形势。铁路选线工作综合性强、科学性高、牵涉面广、涉及到多学科的综合应用。所以,我们将铁路选线看作是一项系统工程,采取全方位的发展策略,实现铁路线路选线的精准化;仔细审视铁路选线过程中存在的问题及难点,并制定出相应的对策,以满足新形势下铁路建设要求。本文将主要阐述铁路线路选线过程中所面临的难点(具体划分为客观因素对铁路选线工作的限制、受地方利益矛盾的制约、环境因素产生制约作用、其他因素对铁路选线的影响四个层面),进而相应地提出解决对策(具体分为加强对现代化软件和技术的导入及使用、推进铁路选线的可持续发展、协调好铁路选线与其他方面的关系等方面),希望能够为业内人士提供借鉴与参考。

Based on the vast territory of our country,the topographic conditions present many forms,which makes the railway line selection work face a serious situation.Railway line selection work is comprehensive,scientific,involving a comprehensive application of multiple disciplines.Therefore,we must strengthen the application of scientific methods,regard railway line selection as a systematic project,adopt all-round development strategy to realize the precision of railway line selection,carefully examine the problems and diffiealties in the process of railway line selection,and formulate corresponding countermeasures to meet the requirements of railway construction under the new situation.This paper mainly starts with the difficult points in the process of railway line selection,which is specifically divided into four aspects:the restriction of objective factors on railway line selection,the restriction of local interest contradiction,the restriction of environmental factors,and the influence of other factors on railway line selection.Then,some corresponding solutions are proposed,which are specifically divided into strengthening the introduction and use of modem software and technology,promoting the sustainable development of railway line selection,and coordinating the relationship between railway line selection and other aspects,in the hope of providing some reference values for the industry personnel.
