中央建筑企业专利发展现状分析

Development Status Analysis on Patent of State-owned Construction Enterprises

知识产权是全球贸易和全球竞争的国际通用规则,也是激励创新的重要保障性制度。专利是一类重要的知识产权,专利与科技创新、企业竞争、产业发展等有着密切而直接的联系。中国知识产权工作进入了新的历史阶段,要将中国从知识产权大国建设成知识产权强国,关键是培育知识产权优秀企业,形成争相创新的环境和氛围,逐步提高企业专利质量和专利价值,形成更多的知识产权优秀企业群落。本文目的在于盘点和摸清中央建筑企业的专利现状,归纳中央建筑企业专利现状和问题,提出优化和完善的建议,为中央建筑企业知识产权政策研究工作提供参考和借鉴。

Intellectual property is an international general ride of global trade and competition,and also an important guarantee system to stimulate innovation.Patent is a kind of important intellectual property,which is closely related to scientific and technological innovation,enterprise competition and industrial development.China's intellectual property work has entered a new historical stage.In order to make China from a great country in intellectual property into a strong country in intellectual property,the key issue is to cultivate outstanding enterprises of intellectual property rights,create an environment and atmosphere for innovation competing,gradually improve the quality and value of enterprise patents,and form more outstanding enterprises holding intellectual property fights.In this paper,the purposes are to make an inventory of the current patent situation of state-owned construction enterprises,summarize the current patent situation and problems of state-owned construction enterprises,and put forward suggestions for optimization and improvement,so as to provide reference for the intellectual property work policy research of central construction enterprises.
