摘要
为探索铝灰渣提取物对大鼠的亚急性毒性作用,将40只SPF级Wistar大鼠按性别、体重随机分为4组,分别为大、中、小剂量铝灰渣提取物(AAE)染毒组(依据体重,染毒剂量分别为15.60、7.80、5.20mg/kg)和对照组(蒸馏水),每组10只,连续灌胃染毒28 d。观察染毒前、后大鼠外观体征,取血检测外周血液学指标和血液生化指标,计算心、肝、脾、肺、肾、睾丸及副睾、子宫及卵巢等脏器系数,并对重要脏器进行组织形态学检查。结果,与对照组比较,各组大鼠自主活动明显减少,体重增长明显减慢;血液学指标、血液生化指标,脏器指数均出现明显差异;AAE大、中剂量组大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、结肠等脏器组织形态均有不同程度的病理改变。上述结果表明,铝灰渣提取物对大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、结肠等组织均有不同程度的病理损伤,损伤程度呈剂量依赖性。
To study the subacute toxicity of the aluminum ash extract in rat,forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups according to gender and weight,large-dose,medium-dose and small-dose of aluminum ash extract(AAE) exposured group and control group(n=10).All of the AAE exposured groups were orally administrated with AAE at 15.60,7.80,and 5.20 mg/kg according to body weight,respectively,the control group was orally administrated with distilled water,lasting for 28 days.The general states was observed,the levels of hematology and serum biochemistry were tested,the organ coefficients of heart,liver,spleen,lung, kidney,testis and epididymis, uterus and ovary were calculated,and the important organs of rats was stained with hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining to observe the changes of peritoneal morphology.In result,compared with the control group,the spontaneous activity in all of the AAE groups were significantly reduced,the weight gain was significantly slowed down,the hematology index and serum biochemistry index and organ index were appeared distinctly abnormal.The tissue morphology of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach and colon in the AAE large-dose or medium-dose group were presented morphologic changes.In conclusion,the AAE has pathological injury to heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach and colon of rat,and the degree of damage depends on dose.
