糠酸莫米松乳膏封包联合2%米诺地尔溶液治疗儿童斑秃疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of momestasone furoate under occlusion combined with 2% minoxidil for the treatment of alopecia areata in Children

目的:探讨糠酸莫米松(乳膏)封包联合2%米诺地尔溶液治疗儿童斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将106例患者随机均分为试验组和对照组,试验组予糠酸莫米松(乳膏)封包和2%米诺地尔溶液;对照组单独外用2%米诺地尔溶液,治疗3个月后观察疗效,不良反应及短期复发率的差异。结果:两组患儿治疗3个月后,试验组的有效率为86.79%,治愈率为71.71%,对照组有效率为58.49%,治愈率45.28%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组平均起效时间(1.6±0.8)个月,达到最大生发面积平均时间(3.2±1.3)个月,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组短期复发率为30.43%,对照组为32.26%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿治疗过程中均未出现系统性不良反应。结论:糠酸莫米松乳膏封包联合2%米诺地尔溶液治疗儿童斑秃可提高疗效,且不良反应较少,但未能降低复发率,脱发面积越大,复发率越高。

Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of momestasone furoate under occlusion combined with 2%minoxidil for the treatment of alopecia areata in Children. Methods: 106 subjects were randomly allocated into 2 groups: 53 cases in treatment group treated with momestasone furoate under occlusion plus 2% minoxidil and 53 cases in control group treated with 2% minoxidil alone. The efficacy, adverse reactions and short-term recurrence rate were observed after 3 months of treatment. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate(ER) and the curative rate(CR) in the treatment group were 86.79% and 71.71%, respectively, while the ER and CR in the control group were 58.49% and 45.28%, respectively(P<0.05 versus treatment group for both ER and CR). The average times to observe initial benefit and to achieve maximal area of hair growth were 1.6±0.8 and 3.2±1.3 months, respectively, in the treatment group(P>0.05 versus controls). The short-term(3 months)recurrence rates in the treatment group and control group were 30.43% and 32.26%, respectively(P>0.05 between groups). No systemic side effects were observed in either group during the treatment. Conclusions: Momestasone furoate under occlusion plus 2% minoxidil can improve efficacy for alopecia areata in Children, and adverse reactions are mild. However, it cannot reduce the recurrence rate. The larger the area of hair loss, the higher the recurrence rate will be.
