摘要 对国内外再制造领域的发展及国内再制造行业存在的问题进行论述,分析了激光表面改性技术原理及特点,如激光熔覆技术、激光表面合金化技术以及激光相变硬化技术,对激光再制造技术在矿山、煤炭、钢铁等领域的应用情况进行列举说明,突出了其在再制造业中的作用,讨论了激光再制造技术研究存在的主要问题及发展前景。 The paper discussed the development in the remanufacturing field at home and abroad and the problems existing in domestic remanufacturing industry. It also analyzed the principle and the characteristics of laser surface modification technology which included laser cladding, laser surface alloying and laser phase transformation hardening technology. In addition, after illustrating the application of the laser remanufacturing technology in mining, coal, steel and iron industry etc, the paper focused its role in the remanufacturing industry, and discussed the main problems during the research of the laser remanufacturing technology and its development prospect.
