摘要
为了在工作面现场安全、快捷地更换因断层构造而损坏的液压支架掩护梁,采用了铺网推进与补强支护以稳定顶板环境,开凿台阶式硐室以形成维修空间,抬升、前移支架至刮板输送机中部槽上以免除中部槽拆除作业,利用相邻支架架设π形梁以起吊损坏部件等一系列方案与措施。实践证明,这种现场更换支架损坏部件的方案安全、高效,可为液压支架的工作面现场的更换损坏部件作业提供借鉴。
In order to safely and quickly replace the shield beam of the hydraulic support damaged due to faulted tectonics on the mining face, the following scheme was adopted: the mesh-laying propulsion and the reinforced support were adopted to stabilize the roof surroundings, the stepped chambers were excavated to form maintenance space, the supports were lifted and moved forward to the middle chute of the scraper conveyor so as to avoid the dismantlement the middle chute, and π shaped steel beams were erected with the aid of adjacent supports to hoist damaged parts. Practice showed that the scheme of replacing the damaged part of the hydraulic support on site was safe and efficient, which offered reference for replacing the damaged part of the hydraulic support on the mining face.
