摘要
分析了试验煤泥的粒度组成和可浮性,开展了煤泥浮选优化试验研究以及不同矿浆质量浓度下的小浮选机与小浮选柱试验研究,探索了不同入料量时直径5 m工业浮选柱的分选效果,得出该浮选柱的最佳处理入料参数。FCMC-5000浮选柱的工业应用表明:当入料量为550 m^3/h时,精煤灰分为7.42%,精煤产率为61.53%,浮选完善指标为63.27%,浮选效率为90.10%;分选指标良好,经济效益明显。
The size constitution and the floatability of the tested coal slime was analyzed, and the optimization flotation test of coal slime as well as the flotation test separately with small flotation machine and small flotation column at various mass fraction of coal slime were researched. In addition, the effects of separation with the industrial flotation column whose diameter was 5 m at various feedings flow were explored, and the optimal parameters of the flotation column for processing the feedings were obtained. The industrial application of FCMC-5000 flotation column showed the ash content of clean coal was 7.42%, the yield of clean coal was 61.53%, the flotation perfection index was 63.27% and the flotation efficiency was 90.10% while the feedings flow was 550 m^3/h. The separation indexes and the economic benefits were excellent.
