摘要
为有效监测煤尘沉积量,设计了一种基于STM32的沉积煤尘传感器。根据传感器的工作原理,设计了传感器的结构及硬件电路,并详细介绍了其中的A/D转换电路、时钟电路、显示电路、红外遥控电路及硬件抗干扰措施。另外,阐述了传感器的设计流程及关键程序的设计方案。在高庄煤矿的现场测试得出沉积煤尘传感器的最大测量误差为1.91%。
In order to effectively monitor the sedimentary amount of coal dust, a kind of sedimentary coal dust sensor was designed based on STM32. According to the working principle of the sensor, the structure and hardware of the sensor were designed, and its A/D conversion circuit, clock circuit, display circuit, infrared remote control circuit and hardware anti-interference measures were introduced in detail. In addition, the design process flow of the sensor and the design scheme of key programs were narrated. Field test in Gaozhuang Colliery showed the maximum measuring error of the sedimentary coal dust sensor was 1.91%.
