本文阐述了父母参与新生儿疼痛管理的方式、优势和需求,从护士的重要角色作用,缺乏有效评估,父母的知识、态度和行为,护士和父母之间的信息不匹配等方面综述了影响父母参与新生儿疼痛管理的因素,旨在为实施最佳的疼痛管理提供依据,对今后的护理管理提供参考。

The paper described the methods, advantages and needs of parents participating in neonatal pain management. The factors affecting the implementation of parental involvement in neonatal pain management were reviewed in terms of the importance of nurses’ roles, the lack of assessment tools and methods, parental knowledge, belief and behavior, along with information mismatch between parents and nurses. The aim is to provide a basis for optimal pain management and a reference for future nursing management.
