摘要
通过研究欧盟石墨烯旗舰项目管理体系的组织架构、科学发展路线图、研究课题组、国际标准化体系、合作伙伴机制、知识产权管理与知识转移模式,总结了其绩效与成果,为推动我国战略性新兴技术产业化提供借鉴。
This article investigates the management system of EU-funded Graphene Flagship Project,which includes the organization structure of the project management system,its science and technology roadmap,deployment of research groups,international standardization system,intellectual property management and mode of knowledge transfer,and presents results achieved through its management system in an aim to provide reference for the industrialization of strategic emerging technologies in our country.
