前颅底沟通肿瘤手术后并发症的预见性护理

Prediction of postoperative complications in anterior skull base communicating tumors by predictive nursing

目的探讨前颅底沟通肿瘤手术后并发症的护理方法。方法选取2010年5月至2017年12月间中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院收治的43例前颅底沟通肿瘤术后患者进行回顾性分析,总结患者术后并发症的发生情况及相应的护理经验。结果 43例前颅底沟通肿瘤术后患者出现并发症11例(25. 6%),无颅内感染和颅内出血,脑脊液漏、感染及伤口并发症发生率较低,且经对症处理均治愈。结论术前制定个性化的预防和处理并发症的预案,术后预见性地观察和护理,是防控前颅底沟通肿瘤手术后并发症发生的重要措施。

Objective To explore the nursing methods for postoperative complications in anterior skull base communicating tumors. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 43 patients with anterior skull base communicating tumors treated at Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Peking Union Medical College from May 2010 to December 2017. The incidence of postoperative complications and the corresponding nursing experience were summerized. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 11 patients( 25. 6%). There were no intracranial infection and intracranial hemorrhage case. The rates of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,infection and wound complications were low and were cured after medical management. Conclusion To make personalized prevention and treatment plans before the surgery and to observe and serve patients predictively are important measures for prevention and control of complications in anterior skull base communicating tumors.
