摘要
目的探讨基于PDCA循环的合作学习模式对护生实习效果的影响。方法选取2017年黑龙江省哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院实习的92名护生,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(45名)和对照组(47名)。试验组护生采用合作学习与PDCA循环结合的新教学模式,对照组护生采用传统的带教模式,比较两组护生实习期前后学业自我效能、支持性沟通和创造力倾向评分。结果试验组护生的学业自我效能、支持性沟通和创造力倾向评分均高于对照组护生,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。两组护生的支持性沟通和创造力倾向单项评分中,除辅导与咨询和危险性外,其他单项组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论 PDCA循环和合作学习相结合的教学模式,可以提高护生的学习动力,提升沟通能力和团队协作能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of cooperative learning mode based on PDCA cycle on nursing students’ practical efficiency. Methods A total of 92 nursing students who were working as an intern at Cancer Hospital,Harbin Medical University in 2017 were selected and divided into two groups. Forty-five students in the experimental group adopted the new teaching mode combining cooperative learning with PDCA cycle. In the control group,47 students adopted the traditional teaching mode. Before and after the internship,academic self-efficacy,supportive communication and creative tendency were investigated.Results The academic self-efficacy,supportive communication and creative tendency scores were higher in the experimental group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in counselling scores in supportive communication scale and imagination scores in creativity scale between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The teaching mode combining PDCA cycle with cooperative learning can stimulate students’ interest in learning,and meanwhile promote communication and teamwork.
