双相障碍的家族聚集性研究

探讨遗传因素在双相障碍发病中的作用。方法调查209例双相障碍患者及217例对照者的家系,了解其一级亲属患病情况,采取病例对照家系研究方法比较两组亲属双相障碍的患病比例,研究双相障碍的家庭聚集性并计算遗传度和分离比,进而分析其遗传方式。结果研究组一级亲属的患病比例为16.78%,对照组为2.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。双相障碍先证者一级亲属遗传度为85.2%、分离比为0.167。结论双相障碍存在明显家族聚集性,其发病中遗传因素起重要作用。

Objective To explore the role of genetic factors in the pathogenesis of bipolar disorder.Methods Investigate the family of 209 patients with bipolar disorder and 217 controls,to understand the prevalence of their first-degree rela-tives.The case-control family study method was used to compare the proportion of bipolar disorder in the two groups.Study the family aggregation of bipolar disorder and calculate the heritability and separation ratio to analyze its genetic pattern.Results The prevalence rate of first-degree relatives in the study group was 16.78%,and that of the control group was 2.29%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The first-degree relatives of the BD proband had a heritability of 85.2%and a separation ratio of 0.167.Conclusion BD has obvious family aggregation,and its genetic factors play an important role in the pathogenesis.
