摘要
比较精神发育迟滞发病率较高地区和常态地区学龄儿童感觉统合失调状况及对学习的影响。方法采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表调查精神发育迟滞发病率较高地区457名和常态地区570名学龄儿童。比较二者感觉统合失调检出率,分析感觉统合得分与学习成绩的关系。结果精神发育迟滞发病率较高地区学龄儿童总体感觉统合失调检出率及各项因子失调检出率均显著高于常态地区(P<0.01),男生前庭失衡检出率显著高于女生(P<0.01)。回归分析发现,前庭失衡对语文数学成绩的影响率为8.1%和6.8%,触觉过度防御对美术和品德成绩的影响率为8.3%和8.4%,本体感失调对品德和美术成绩的影响率为8.6%和8.3%,学习能力发展不足对品德成绩的影响率为7.9%。结论精神发育迟滞发病率较高地区学龄儿童感觉统合失调普遍高于常态地区,男生前庭失衡高于女生,不同感觉统合失调因子对不同科目学习成绩有一定影响。
Objective To investigate the conditions of schoolchildren sensory integration dysfunction in the area of MR high morbidity and normal region and the impact on learning.Methods The Children's Sensory Integrative Ability Development Assessment Scale was used to investigate the schoolchildren sensory in-tegration dysfunction in the area of MR high morbidity(457 cases)and normal region(570 cases).Compare the detection rate of sensory integration disorder and analyze the relationship between sensory integration score and academic achievement.Results The detection rate of sensory integration disorder in the area of MR high morbidity was significantly higher than that in the normal region(P<0.01),the detection rate of vestibular imbalance in boys was significantly higher than that of girls(P<0.01).Regression analysis found that,the impact of vestibular imbalance on Chinese and mathematics scores were 8.1%and 6.8%.The impact of excessive tactile defense on art and morality were 8.3%and 8.4%.The impact of proprioception imbalance on morality and art scores were 8.6%and 8.3%.The impact of learning ability underdevelopment on moral performance was 7.9%.Conclusion The symptom of schoolchildren sensory integration dysfunction in the area of M R high morbidity is generally higher than that in the normal region,the rate of vestibular imbalance in boys is significantly higher than that of girls,different sensory in-tegration dysfunction factors have a certain impact on the academic performance of different subjects.
