摘要 抑郁症是一种严重影响心身健康的疾病,抑郁症的发病与遗传、人格和环境等多种因素有关。研究表明microRNA与抑郁症有相关性,或为抑郁症易感性和抗抑郁疗效的有效指标之一。本文对microRNA与抑郁症易感性及抗抑郁疗效的相关性进行综述,以期为抑郁症的诊疗提供新的方向。 Depression is a disease that seriously affects the health of the mind and body.The onset of depression is related to many factors such as heredity,personality and environment.Studies have shown that microRNAs is associated with depression,or one of the effective indicators of depression susceptibility and antidepressant efficacy.This article concluded the relationship between microRNA and susceptibility to depression and antidepressant efficacy,in order to provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
