心房颤动作为危害人群健康的心血管疾病,其最严重的并发症之一即由脑梗塞引起的缺血性卒中。随着时间推移,心房颤动及其相关卒中发病率呈明显上升趋势。目前临床上广泛使用抗凝药物进行卒中的防治,而近年来进行的随机临床试验表明,通过对左心耳实行封堵可以减少心房颤动患者卒中发生且能够在一定程度上降低患者出血相关风险。本文将综述左心耳封堵术对于心房颤动患者防治卒中的作用,为临床应用提供依据。

Atrial fibrillation,a cardiovascular disease that endangers people's health,which most serious complications is ischemic stroke caused by cerebral embolism.The incidence of atrial fibrillation and its associated stroke increased significantly with time goes by.Now,anticoagulant drugs are widely used in the prevention and treatment of stroke.But recent randomized clinical trials have shown that occlusion of the left atrial appendage can reduce stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation and reduce the risk of bleeding to some extent. This article reviews the role of left atrial auricular closure in the prevention and treatment of stroke in patients with atriaI fibrillation to provide a basis for clinical application.
