定制叶型在多级压气机中的应用研究 被引量:3

Application Investigation and Experimental Validation of the Customized Blade Profile for an Axial Multistage Compressor

摘要 为验证某定制叶型在多级轴流压气机中的实际应用效果,采用该叶型对一台两级轴流压气机进行了叶片优化设计。三维数值模拟结果表明:采用此种定制叶型后,压气机的设计效率提高1.15%,设计点流量增加1.08 kg/s;同时,对优化后的压气机进行了性能试验,并采用激光多普勒相位测速(PDA)技术对第一级动叶前后的相对气流角沿径分布进行了测量,试验结果证明,优化后的压气机能够达到设计性能指标,并且沿径气流分布与设计情况吻合较好。 In order to validate the actual effect of the customized profile for the application on axial multi-stage compressor,the optimization design was conducted on a two-stage axial compressor by using this profile.The result of 3-D numerical simulation shows that the customized profile can improve the design efficiency by 1,15%and improve the flow rate at the design point by 1.08 kg/s.At the same time,an experiment is carried out on the optimization compressor,and radial distribution of relative flow angle at the 1 st rotor inlet aiad outlet is measured by PDA (Phase Doppler Anemometer)technique.The experiment result shows that the optimized compressor can meet the performance target,and the radial distribution of air flow has good agreement with the design as well.
