摘要
通过B型风机实验台对FBD No8.0型矿用对旋局部通风机进行不同转速、不同管网阻力下的实验,对实验数据进行数学公式拟合,得出最佳拟合次数与函数形式;与管网特性相结合,对整个掘进(通风)过程下的风机性能进行了分析。对3种不同调节通风方式进行功率与效率对比,发现采用单双电机切换方式能够节能7%;变频调节能够节能38%,节能效果明显。
Constructing the B type fan test bench of FBD No8.0 mine local contra-rotating fan to test fan under different speed, different pipe network resistances. Then analysed and fitted the experimental data and obtained the best fitting number and functional form;combining the data with network characteristics to analyse the fan performance of the whole process of ventilation. Comparing the power and efficiency of three different ventilation modes, it is founded that the single-double switching mode can save energy for about 7%. The frequency conversion regulation can save 38%,the energy saving effect is obvious.
