易地扶贫搬迁农户意愿及影响因素研究——一个基于计划行为理论的解释架构

Research on the household willingness of poverty alleviation relocation and its affecting factors

以计划行为理论(TPB)为依据,利用陕西省安康市256个农户调查数据,使用因子分析方法和结构方程模型(SEM)对易地扶贫搬迁农户意愿的影响因素进行了系统分析。研究表明:农户的行为态度、主观规范对行为意愿有显著的正影响;农户易地扶贫搬迁的决策理性尚处在"生存理性"向"价值理性"的过渡阶段,经济理性是促使农户搬迁的主要动机;家人意见、已搬迁户意见、邻里和村干部意见对农户易地扶贫搬迁决策具有显著的正影响。

Factor analysis and structural equation model were used to analyze the factors which may pose effects on household’s willingness of poverty alleviation relocation based on the theory of planned behavior and 256 questionnaires in Ankang,Shaanxi.Results clearly indicate that: attitude toward the behavior and subject norm of the farmers have significant impact on their implement intention.Farmer decision-making rationality of poverty alleviation relocation still remains in the transition phase of"survival rationality"to"value rationality";economic rationality is the main motive to promote famer’s relocation.The views of family,relocated households,neighborhoods and village carders have positive impacts on the farmers’ poverty alleviation relocation decisions.
