摘要
基于社会物流业迅猛发展的实际情况,研究利用高速铁路开展物流运输的相关问题。结合高速铁路技术特征,采用SWOT方法分析高速铁路物流相较于其他物流方式的优缺点,得出高速铁路物流的定位为主要节点间的直达运输,并依托公路运输完成最终"门到门"服务。在该定位下,研究高速铁路物流的运输组织方案,假定高速铁路物流采用货运专列模式,在货流需求给定的前提下,以运营收益最大及运输成本最低为目标,构建列车开行方案模型,并以京沪高速铁路为例进行验证。
Based on the rapid development of the social logistics industry,this paper researches on the related issues of HSR logistics and transportation.Combined with the technical characteristics of HSR,SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of HSR logistics compared with other logistics modes.It is concluded that the positioning of HSR logistics is direct transportation between main nodes,and the final door to door service is completed by road transportation.Under this positioning,the transport organization plan of HSR logistics is studied.Assuming that the HSR logistics adopts the mode of special freight train,and with the premise of the freight flow demand,the train operation plan model is constructed based on the maximum operating income and the lowest transportation cost.The Beijing-Shanghai HSR is taken as an example to verify the model.
