摘要
依从南方电网公司全面推行精益管理的要求,结合电站工程建设的工期长、作业面专业多样、现场情况复杂等特点,按土建阶段、土建与机电并存阶段和机电安装调试三个阶段进行梳理总结,对琼中抽水蓄能电站每个阶段的高风险作业进行分析并总结其风险管控措施,抓住需重点管控的作业中发生过或值得注意的问题,阐明其管理要点和方法,以形成组织过程资产,作为精益管理成果纳入精益成果共享库,便于在后续电站工程建设的现场管理实践中可直接应用或复制。
In accordance with the requirements of implementing lean management in China Southern Power Grid Corporation,and combined with the characteristics of long construction period, diversified construction fields and complicated site conditions,the high-risk operations in the stage of civil construction,the coexistence stage of civil construction and mechanical and electrical installation,and the stage of mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning of Hainan Qiongzhong Pumped-storage Power Station are analyzed and the risk management and control measures are summarized. Focusing on the problems occurred or worthy of attention in project construction that need to be controlled,a series of management essentials and methods are expounded so as to form organizational process assets. These essentials and methods will be included into lean management database as lean management achievements,which is convenient to be directly applied or copied in on-site management practice of subsequent power station construction.
