摘要
抽水蓄能机组甩负荷过程中的蜗壳、尾水管压力是非线性、非平稳的复杂信号,通过经验模态分析法对琼中抽水蓄能电站甩负荷试验数据进行平稳化处理,可以验证蜗壳、尾水管的均值压力及其变化趋势是否符合实际规律,同时为一管三机甩负荷数值模拟的计算值提供计算误差和压力脉动的修正,解决了压力脉动难以模拟的问题,提供了一种准确预测一管三机甩负荷过渡过程中蜗壳和尾水管的压力特性的方法。
The pressures in the spiral case and draft tube of pumped storage units during load rejection is a kind of nonlinear and non-stationary complex signals. By using the method of Empirical Mode Decomposition to process the data of load rejection test of Hainan Qiongzhong Pumped-storage Power Station,the change trends of average pressure in spiral case and draft tube are obtained and compared with actual values,and meanwhile the analysis result will provide correction to the calculation error of pressure pulsation of the numerical simulation of one penstock-three units system load rejection,which solves the problem that the pressure pulsation is difficult to simulate. This method provides a solution for accurately predicting the pressure pulsation characteristics of spiral case and draft tube during the load rejection of one penstock-three units system.
