Textual Research of Origin of Terms of Syndrome Contraindication

用药禁忌中的"证候禁忌"一词在历史上的不同时期有多种称谓方式,如"药禁""禁忌""药害"等。通过查阅考证古今医药学相关文献,考释证候禁忌术语的源流与沿革,总结金元时期之前"禁忌"概念内涵的演变,内容丰富、完善于明清,证候禁忌术语确立与规范于新中国成立后。分析证候禁忌术语认识的发展脉络,可为其规范定名和相关术语的正确应用提供参考。

The terminology of "syndrome contraindication"in traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of forms in expression in different historical periods,such as drug interdiction,contraindication,drug hazard. By the textual research of related literature about ancient and present medical classics,the origin and changes of it were concluded before the period of Jin and Yuan Dynasty. The content of the term was extended and completed in the period of Ming and Qing Dynasty. The term of syndrome contraindication was established and standardized after the founding of People’s Republic of China. The paper intended to research and retrospect the relevant literature,study the development of the understanding of this appellation,and provide references for the standard naming of terminology and the correct using of related terms.
