摘要
针对热法海水淡化成品水缺少人体必需的矿物质和水质不稳定的特点,提出利用二氧化碳+上流式石灰石接触池工艺对某石油化工项目的热法海水淡化成品水进行矿化处理。矿化后的海水淡化成品水可以保证钙离子≥20 mg/L,碱度≥80 mg/L,拉森指数≤0.2,实现矿化后出水水质稳定、不具有腐蚀性且满足生活饮用水的要求。采用二氧化碳+上流式石灰石接触池工艺,矿化成本约0.316元/m^3,适合应用于大型热法海水淡化成品水的矿化处理。
Due to the lack of essential minerals and unstable water quality in the final product of thermal seawater desalination, this paper proposes to use a technology of carbon dioxide + upflow limestone contact pool to conduct mineralization for thermal-desalted seawater in a petrochemical project. After mineralization, the mineral desalination product water could ensure calcium ion concentration is greater than or equal to 20 mg/L, alkalinity is greater than or equal to 80 mg/L, and Larsen index is less than or equal to 0.2. The process can realize the quality stable of effluent water, non-corrosive and meeting requirements of drinking water. Using the technology of carbon dioxide + upflow limestone contact pool, the cost of water mineralization is about 0.316 yuan/m^3, which suits large-scale mineralization treatment of thermal-desalted seawater.
