基于数学模型的多模式AAO系统夏季高温运行优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以多模式厌氧/缺氧/好氧(AAO)工艺为研究对象,通过工艺模型构建与模拟仿真开展夏季高温条件下AAO、倒置AAO(RAAO)和厌氧/好氧(AO)3种运行模式优选与工况条件优化研究。对比多模式AAO系统夏季高温条件下3种运行模式,发现AAO模式对污染物的去除效率要明显高于RAAO和AO模式,特别是对于生物除磷而言。在运行模式筛选的基础上,通过混合液回流比(MLR)和污泥回流比(RAS)优化确定了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A和一级B约束条件下AAO工艺的达标运行区域,最佳运行工况为污泥龄(SRT)=8 d,MLR=175%,RAS=50%,优化工况能够显著改善出水水质。 This work aims at optimizing performance of the multimode anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic(AAO) system, which could be flexibly operated under AAO, reversed AAO and anaerobic/aerobic(AO) modes, based on process model construction and modeling at high temperature. The AAO mode showed higher pollutants removal efficiency than reversed AAO and AO modes, especially for biological phosphorus removal. Furthermore, an operating region conforming to required discharge standards(Grade 1A OR Grade 1B for GB 18918-2002) was established for the AAO mode by regulating returned activated sludge(RAS) and mixed liquor recirculation(MLR). Optimal condition was obtained using MLR ratio of 175%, RAS ratio of 50%, and SRT of 8 d. Dynamic simulation results showed that under optimized operating condition, effluent quality was significantly improved.
