吞咽治疗联合园艺疗法对高龄脑卒中患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Swallowing Therapy Combined with Horticultural Therapy on Elderly Patients with Stroke

目的:探讨吞咽治疗联合园艺疗法对脑卒中后吞咽障碍高龄患者的疗效。方法:将110例高龄脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各55例,均给予常规吞咽治疗,治疗组则联合园艺疗法,治疗3个月后采用洼田饮水试验、经口摄食功能量表(FOIS)评定吞咽功能改善情况。结果:治疗组洼田饮水试验评分、摄食功能评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽治疗联合园艺疗法有利于改善高龄脑卒中患者的吞咽功能。

Objective Objective: To investigate the efficacy of swallowing therapy combined with horticultural therapy in elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods Methods: 110 cases of elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into control group(n=55) and treatment group(n=55), both groups treated with conventional swallowing therapy while treatment group combined with horticultural therapy, and evaluated the improvement of swallowing function with Water Swallow Test and Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS) after 3 months of treatment. Results Results: The improvement of Water Swallow Test and FOIS scores in treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Conclusion: Swallowing therapy combined with horticultural therapy is conducive to improve the swallowing function of elderly patients with stroke.
