黄连等4种中药颗粒剂对碳青霉烯类耐药肺炎克雷伯菌体外抑菌作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:初步探讨黄连、连翘、乌梅、五味子4种中药颗粒剂对耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌体外抑菌效果。方法:采用肉汤稀释法测定黄连、连翘、乌梅、五味子4种中药颗粒剂悬液对耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:连翘、乌梅、五味子、黄连4种中药颗粒剂悬液对碳青霉烯类耐药肺炎克雷伯菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用,乌梅抑菌作用最强,MIC为8mg/mL,MBC为16mg/mL,五味子次之,黄连和连翘最差。结论:连翘、乌梅、五味子、黄连4种中药颗粒剂悬液具有较好的抑菌作用,用于临床对耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌的治疗具有一定的开发价值和应用前景。 Objective Objective: To study the bacteriostatic effect of Coptis chinensis, Forsythia suspensa, Fraxinus chinensis and Schisandra chinensis on Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to carbapenem in vitro. Methods Methods: Determination of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine granule suspensions of Coptis chinensis, Forsythia suspensa, Fructus Schisandrae,and Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to Klebsiella pneumoniae by broth dilution method. Results Results: The suspensions of four traditional Chinese medicine granules of Forsythia suspensa, ebony, schisandrin and berberine have different degrees of bacteriostatic effect on carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. The bacteriostatic effect of ebony is the strongest, MIC is 8mg/mL, MBC is 16mg/mL, Wuweizi followed, Huanglian and Forsythia were the worst. Conclusion Conclusion: The four granule suspensions of Forsythia suspensa, Wumei, Schisandra, and Coptidis Rhizoma have a good antibacterial effect, and have a certain development value and application prospect for the clinical treatment of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae.
