基于康复护理的肘关节骨折术后全面康复的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of comprehensive rehabilitation after elbow fracture surgery based on rehabilitation nursing

目的:探讨基于康复护理干预方案的肘关节骨折术后实施综合性康复干预的应用效果。方法:选用2014年2月~2017年7月期间本院救治的肘关节骨折患者156例,随机分为对照组和观察组各78例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施康复护理,对比两组肘关节功能评分及并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,两组的疼痛评分低于干预前(P<0.05),活动范围、稳定性、活动能力高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),活动范围、稳定性、活动能力高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于康复护理的全面康复措施在肘关节骨折术后的临床应用效果显著,症状和生活质量得到改善,降低了并发症的产生,提高了护理效果。

Objective Objective: To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on elbow joint fracture after rehabilitation nursing. Methods Methods: 156 cases of elbow fracture treated in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2017, were randomly divided into control group(n=78)and observation group(n=78). Routine nursing was performed in the control group, rehabilitation nursing was performed in the observation group,and the elbow joint function score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Results: After the intervention, two groups of pain scores were lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05),the scope of activities, stability, activity higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05),the observation group pain score lower than the control group(P<0.05),the scope of activities, stability, activity higher than that of control group(P<0.05),incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive rehabilitation measures based on rehabilitation nursing have significant effect on the clinical application of elbow joint fracture, improve the symptoms and quality of life, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the nursing effect.
