静压支撑单点增量成形精度研究 被引量:1

摘要 在单点增量成形过程中,无模成形的固有特点易导致成形精度不足,制约了单点增量成形技术工业化应用。将静压支撑引入单点增量成形过程中,可为板料提供有效支撑,形成一种新型的静压支撑单点增量成形方法。以1060铝板圆锥台件为对象,分析静压参数对成形过程的影响规律。结果表明:静压支撑单点增量可以减小成形应力,在一定工况下,适当的静压可以降低弯曲过渡区和整体的回弹量;在工艺条件下,选择60 k Pa的静压参数可使单点增量成形精度达到最佳,同时改善零件成形质量。 In the single point incremental forming process,due to the characteristics of mold less forming,the forming precision is insufficient,which restricts the industrial application of single point incremental forming technology.The hydraulic pressure support was introduced into the single point incremental forming process,and the sheet material was effectively supported during the forming process.The 1060 aluminum plate was taken as the research object,and the influence law of hydraulic pressure parameters on the forming process was analyzed.The results show that the single point increment of hydraulic pressure support can reduce the forming stress.Under certain working conditions,the hydraulic pressure can reduce the rebound amount of the bending transition zone and the overall zone.The hydraulic pressure parameter with hydraulic pressure of 0.06 MPa can optimize the single point incremental forming precision and improve the forming quality of the part.
