摘要
头颈鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)作为起源于头颈各部的常见肿瘤,每年全球的新增病例数超过50万。在手术、放疗、化疗以及基因治疗中,化疗的作用毋庸置疑,并且化疗应用于HNSCC已经30余年,也是近来提升患者生存质量,保留器官功能方面的重要治疗方法之一。本文主要简述了关于HNSCC化疗的相关试验研究情况。
Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC)is a common malignant tumor originating from various parts of the head and neck.Chemotherapy has no doubt about the role in surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and gene therapy.And chemotherapy is used as a treatment for HNSCC for more than 30 years.It is also one of the most important treatments to improve the quality of life and preserve the function of the organs.This article mainly describes the relevant experimental research on chemotherapy for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
