摘要
以聚丙烯酸为模板、正硅酸乙酯为硅源、氨水为催化剂,合成氧化硅空心球。通过调整聚丙烯酸、正硅酸乙酯和乙醇的质量合成了均匀且孔径和壁厚可调的样品。透射电子显微镜分析结果表明,样品均匀,具有可调节内径(25~100 nm)和壁厚(7~40 nm)。通过N2吸/脱附对除去模板后的样品进行表征,结果表明,制备的氧化硅空心球的吸附性能和稳定性`均高于商用活性炭和硅胶,获得的氧化硅材料可用于挥发性有机化合物去除。
Hollow silica spheres( HSSs) are synthesized with tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source,polyacrylic acid as template and ammonia solution as catalyst.A series of uniform HSSs samples with adjustable pore diameters and wall thickness are obtained through adjusting amounts of polyacrylic acid,tetraethyl orthosilicate and ethanol.The samples are determined by transmission electron microscopy,showing that the samples are uniform,with controllable pore inner diameter of 25-100 nm and wall thickness of 7-40 nm. Samples are characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption after removing template and it is found that the adsorption performance and stability of the synthesized HSSs are higher than that of commercial activated carbon and silica gel,and they can be used for removal of volatile organic compounds.
