企业环境行为脱耦的成因研究——基于制度逻辑视角

The Decoupling of Corporate Environmental Behavior:Institutional Logic Perspective

为应对环境保护压力,大量企业采取行为表意与行为内涵不一致的"脱耦"策略,本文主要关注什么样的企业更可能产生环境行为脱藕。通过引入解释企业行为机理的制度逻辑,采用2008-2013年407家工业行业上市公司的面板数据进行检验。结果显示,由单一制度逻辑主导的中央国有企业和私营企业,产生环境行为脱耦的可能性较低;而由多重制度逻辑共同作用的地方国有企业更可能产生环境行为脱耦;领导者教育特征会显著降低多重制度逻辑对企业环境行为脱耦的影响。本研究对企业环境行为脱耦的成因和治理具有参考价值。

Many corporates take a decoupling way to response the pressure of environmental protection.We focus on what kind of corporates may more likely to go decoupling. Based on the institutional logic perspective, through an analysis on sample of 407 industry listed corporate in China, we find that in the single domain institutional logic area, like center-owned state corporate and private corporate which are not likely to go decoupling;while in the multiple institutional logic area, like local-owned state corporate which are more likely to take decoupling in environmental practices. However, corporate leader’s education level will constrain this influence. This research contributes to the formation and governance of decoupling in corporate environmental behavior.
