机器人焊接工作站研发

摘要 以大轮拖支架焊合件总成的焊接为例,自主研发了机器人焊接工作站。设计了焊接智能工装和双工位定位设备,实现人工上料与满焊工作同时进行;对焊接轨迹进行控制、可实现变换姿态的持续焊接;设计并安装了废气、烟尘净化系统,安全防护系统。该工作站既能提高焊接质量和生产效率、降低人工成本,又能改善作业环境。 Taking a support welding assembly in large wheeled tractor as an example,a robot welding workstation is autonomously developed. The intelligent welding tool and double-station positioning device are designed,and then both manual load and full welding can be carried out at the same time;the welding trajectory is controlled,and then the continous welding of transformation posture can be realized;the exhaust gas,smoke purification system and safety protection system are designed and installed. The developed robot welding workstation can improve the welding quality and production efficiency,reduce the labor cost,and improve the working environment.
