对农机中动力输出总成操纵滑杆,采用涂抹防锈油、电镀铬、电镀镍钴合金、QPQ盐浴复合处理技术等6种不同的防锈方法进行了对比试验。介绍了工件防锈处理研究与对比的方法,找到了满足拖拉机工况的防锈处理技术。

Taking a control slide bar in tractor PTO assembly as an example,the paper compared and tested some different antirust treatment methods such as painting anti-corrosion oil,electroplating chromium,electroplating Ni-Co alloy, QPQ complex salt bath treatment and son on.It also introduced the method for studying the part antirust treatment,and found out the antirust treatment technology which was suitable for tractor working condition.
