脑干听觉诱发电位、V波阈值、视觉诱发电位在脑瘫儿诊断中的意义

The significance of BAEP,V-wave threshold and visual evoked potential in the diagnosis of cerebral palsy

目的:通过对173例脑瘫儿脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、V波阈值、闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)检测结果的分析,观察BAEP、V波阈值、FVEP检测在脑瘫儿早期诊断中的变化,探讨BAEP、V波阈值、FVEP在脑瘫儿早期诊断中的价值。方法:本文采用英国牛津二通道肌电/诱发电位仪对173例脑瘫儿进行BAEP、V波阈值、FVEP检测。结果:V波阈值正常31例(17.9%),异常142例(82.0%);BAEP正常34例(19.5%),异常139例(80.5%);FVEP正常81例(46.8%),异常92例(53.2%)。结论:BAEP、V波阈值、FVEP对脑瘫儿的早期诊断、估计预后和指导治疗均有一定的价值,在某些情况下可能是唯一可靠的测试手段。

Objective:To observe and analyze the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP),V wave threshold and flash visual evoked potentials (FVEP)in 173 children with cerebral palsy so as to explore the value of BAEP,V wave threshold and FVEP in the early diagnosis of cerebral palsy.Methods:In this study,173 children with cerebral palsy were subjected to the examination of BAEP,V-wave threshold and visual evoked potentials by using the Oxford electromyogram in UK. Results:The V wave threshold was normal in 31 cases (17.90%)and abnormal in 142 (82.0%).BAEP was normal in 34 cases (19.5%),abnormal in 139 cases (80.5%).FVEP was normal in 81 cases (46.8%).Conclusion:BAEP,V-wave threshold and FVEP have some value in the early diagnosis of cerebral palsy,prognosis and guidance of the treatment of children with cerebral palsy and may be the only one reliable detection in some cases.
