计及综合成本的风电–光伏–光热联合出力调度策略 被引量:56

摘要 以风电、光伏、光热发电为主的新能源发电发展迅速,多种新能源发电同时并网运行的联合出力调度问题亟待解决。在计及综合成本的前提下,兼顾电网运行约束,提出风电、光伏及光热联合出力调度策略。该调度策略综合考虑火电机组发电成本、风电、光伏发电与光热发电并网消纳的环境效益和运行维护成本、系统旋转备用成本、调峰容量购买成本以及电网安全运行约束等因素。最后,基于遗传算法求解模型,通过IEEE-30节点算例验证了该方法的有效性。仿真结果表明,该调度模型较之对比模型的综合成本降低了5.46%,该方法能合理调度各发电形式,保证电网运行的安全性与经济性。 The development of new energy power generation represented by wind power, photovoltaic power and concentrating solar power is developing rapidly, and the problem of integrated scheduling in which a variety of new energy power generation runs at the same time needs to be solved. Consequently, considering comprehensive costs as the precondition, and taking the operating security constraints of power grid into consideration, we put forward a strategy of joint operation about wind power-photovoltaic power-concentrating solar power. Such factors as the generation cost of fossil power generation units, the benefit and operation and maintenance costs from environment of wind power, photovoltaic power and concentrating solar power, the costs of spinning reserve and purchasing peaking load regulation capacity, and operating security constraints of power grid are synthetically considered. Finally, the proposed model is solved by genetic algorithm, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulated example of IEEE 30-bus system. Analysis of examples shows that the cost of the scheduling model which is proposed in this paper will reduce by 5.46% compared with that of the comprehensive comparison model, so the proposed method can dispatch each power generation mode reasonably, and ensure the safety and economy of power grid operation.
