应用型本科高校人才培养应更加突出学生实践能力的提高和核心能力素质的培养。基于现代书院制在应用型高校提升大学生核心能力素质既是可行的,也是有效的。构建基于现代书院制的应用型高校大学生核心能力素质提升体系,可以建立综合素质测评制,实施多元导师制,建立现代书院制教学体系,建立现代书院制人才培养保障体系,这样不仅能够走出长期以来高校传统教育模式的困境,而且能够充分调动学生学习的主动性和创造性,真正促进学生能力素质的全面发展。

The cultivation of applied undergraduate talents should give more prominence to the improvement of students’ practical ability and the cultivation of their core competence. Based on the modern academy system, it is feasible and effective to improve the core competence of college students in applied universities. To build the improvement system of the core competence quality of college students in applied universities, we can establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system, implement a multiple tutorial system, and construct a modern academy teaching system and a modern academy talent training guarantee system, which can not only get out of the dilemma of the traditional college education model for a long time but also fully activate students’ initiative and creativity in learning, and truly promote the all-round development of students’ ability and quality.
