摘要
大学生评教在我国高校早已普及,但效果不佳,作为一种教学质量保障制度,事实上已基本失效。评教失效的制度根源是校际生源竞争不足,高校缺乏服务学生的内在动力;思想根源是学生权利意识淡薄,价值虚无主义思潮泛滥,明哲保身思想严重。走出评教失效困境必须标本兼治、重在根本。就"本"而言,一方面,要深化高等教育体制机制的改革,给予高校足够大的竞争压力,迫使高校真正践行以学生为中心的理念。改革举措有三:一是政府拨款与学生质量提升度挂钩;二是提升高校培养质量的透明度和可理解度;三是建立学分互认制度,推动大学生校际流动。另一方面,高校要全面加强师德师风建设,构建"大思政格局"体系,着力改变大学生圆滑世故、明哲保身的人生态度,增强他们的权利意识和责任感。
College students’ evaluation of teaching has been widely used in universities in China, but the effect is not good. As a guarantee system of teaching quality, in fact, it has basically failed. The institutional cause of the invalidation of teaching evaluation is the insufficient competition in prospective students among schools and the lack of internal motivation of serving students in universities. The ideological cause is the weak awareness of students’ rights,the overflow of value nihilism and the serious thought of wise self-preservation. Out of the dilemma of teaching evaluation, we must treat both root causes and symptoms but focus on the root cause. On the one hand in terms of the root cause, we should deepen the reform of higher education system and mechanism and give universities enough competitive pressure to force them to really practice the student-centered concept. There are three reform measures: first, the government allocation is linked to the improvement of students’ quality;second, to improve the transparency and comprehensibility of the training quality in universities;third, to establish a credit mutual recognition system to promote the inter-school mobility of college students. On the other hand, universities should comprehensively strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality and style, build a "large ideological and political pattern"system, and strive to change the smooth and sophisticated life attitude of college students and enhance their sense of rights and responsibilities.
