摘要
在经济全球化、社会信息化和文化多样化的时代背景下,师德评价功能的实现受到诸多外部因素的挑战和影响,同时,在实践操作中也面临着一些认识的困境和疑惑,主要表现为师德能否进行量化评价、师德评价中义与利的价值冲突以及应试教育对教师道德理性的困扰等问题。师德评价是评与导的结合,必须确立符合教育发展规律和人的发展规律的价值理念,强化立德树人的价值导向,以素质教育的逻辑和要求来推进新时代的师德建设,促进教师科学道德理性的形成和发展。
Under the background of economic globalization,social informationization and cultural diversification,the realization of the function of teachers’ morality evaluation is challenged and influenced by many external factors. At the same time,there are also some difficulties and doubts in practice,which are mainly reflected in the quantitative evaluation of teachers’ morality,the value conflict of righteousness and benefit in the evaluation of teachers’ morality,and the perplexity of exam-oriented education on teachers’ moral rationality,etc. The evaluation of teacher’s morality is the combination of evaluation and guidance. Therefore,it is necessary to establish the value concept that conforms to the law of education development and the law of human development,strengthen the value orientation of cultivating people through moral education,and promote the construction of teachers’ morality in the new era with the logic and requirements of quality education,thus advancing the formation and development of teachers’ scientific moral reason.
