摘要 教师现场学习力的内涵聚焦于教师的专业意识,这种专业意识以具体的构成要素显现出来,并深深扎根于教师工作中的专业发挥。教师现场学习力的构成具体包括基础性要素、维持性要素和生成性要素。基础性要素包括职业认同意识和教学行动中的反思力,维持性要素包括学习态度和学习环境顺应力,生成性要素包括学习意义生成和学习策略。提升教师的现场学习力,要把热爱作为生涯认同意识的起点,培育教师的反思力和学习动机,鼓励教师把握工作环境中的学习契机,并不断强化教师现场学习的策略意识。 Teachers'learning ability on the spot focuses on the professional consciousness of teachers,which is manifested by the specific components and deeply rooted in the professional play of teachers.Teachers'learning ability on the spot includes the basic elements,maintenance factors and generative elements.The basic elements include the awareness of professional identity and the reflection in teaching actions;the maintenance factors include the learning attitude and the learning environment resilience;and the generative elements include the formation of learning meaning and learning strategies.To improve teachers'learning ability on the spot,we should regard love as the starting point of career identity consciousness,foster teachers'reflection and learning interest,encourage teachers to grasp the learning opportunities in the working environment,and continuously strengthen the strategic awareness of teachers'learning on the spot.
