急性光周期紊乱对斑马鱼繁殖行为的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Acute Photoperiod Disturbances on the Reproductive Behaviors of Zebrafish

摘要 【目的】考察急性光周期紊乱对斑马鱼(Danio rerio)成鱼繁殖行为的影响。【方法】设置1个正常光周期组(对照组,12h光照∶12h黑暗),1个短光周期组(6h光照∶18h黑暗)和1个长光周期组(18h光照∶6h黑暗),分别连续暴露雌、雄斑马鱼成鱼3d,暴露结束后统计斑马鱼的繁殖行为参数,并分析光周期紊乱对斑马鱼繁殖行为的影响及该影响的性别差异。【结果】与对照组的情况相比:1)光周期紊乱严重干扰了斑马鱼雌雄成鱼共同进入产卵区的时间和频次,其中短光周期的影响更为严重;2)光周期紊乱明显干扰了雌雄斑马鱼分别进入产卵区域的时间,而对它们分别进入产卵区域的频次没有明显影响;3)光周期紊乱对斑马鱼繁殖行为的影响没有性别差异。【结论】光周期紊乱明显抑制斑马鱼的繁殖行为,短光周期的抑制作用更为严重,但这种影响没有性别差异。 [Purposes]To investigate effects of acute photoperiod disturbances on the reproductive behavior of zebrafish.[Methods]Both males and females of adult zebrafish(Danio rerio)were exposed to the normal(12 hlight:12 hdark)(Control),short sunlight(6 hlight:18 hdark)and long sunlight(18 hlight:6 hdark)photoperiod for 3 days.After exposure,the reproductive behaviors were measured and the sexual differences were further analyzed.[Findings]Compared to the control:1)The photoperiod disturbances severely interfered with the frequencies/durations for both sexes in spawning area simultaneously,with more severe impact in the Low-light group;2)The photoperiod disturbances significantly interfered with the duration in spawning area of male and female,respectively,while the frequencies in spawning area of male and female remained unchanged,respectively;3)No difference in altered reproductive behaviors in each treated group was identified between sexes.[Conclusions]Photoperiod disturbances significantly disrupted the reproductive behaviors of adult zebrafish,with more severe impact on the Low-light group,however,no sexual difference was identified between sexes.
