摘要
研究了船体高强钢焊接接头焊缝区、热影响区和母材区对接头性能的影响。探讨了改善焊接接头塑、韧性及强度控制的技术手段。利用计算机模拟焊接区域温度场分布和焊缝金属组织凝固过程,并依据模拟出的最佳条件冶炼钢种进行验证实验。结果表明,这种方法可以有效改善焊接接头质量。船体高强钢焊接与计算机模拟相结合是未来的发展方向。
The effect of welding line zone, heat affected zone and matrix materials zone on the welding joint performance of hull high strength steel was studied. The technical means of improving the plastic, toughness and strength control of welded joints were discussed. The temperature field distribution and solidification process of welding metal microstructure were simulated by computer, and according to the simulation of the best conditions for the smelting of steel species verification experiments. The results show that this method can effectively improve the quality of welded joints. Welding and computer simulation of high strength steel hull is the future development direction.
