摘要 改善祖辈教育观念实践研究运用了访谈、探讨和观察法,了解和分析隔代教育存在的问题,寻找对策和指导方法,运用了菜单式、参与式、错层互动式等有针对性的指导方法,及时给予支持和帮助。在尊重和理解的前提下,研究引发了祖辈们关注问题,在参与互动中改善教育观念,帮助祖辈们了解和积累隔代教育指导的方法和经验,丰富阅历,提高家园配合共同教育指导的质量。 The research on improving the educational concept of grandparents used the methods of interview,discussion and observation to understand and analyze the problems existing in the intergenerational education,to find countermeasures and guidance methods,and used the targeted guidance methods such as menu-based,participatory and cross-level interactive methods to provide timely support and help.Under the premise of respect and understanding,the grandparents can pay attention to the problem,improve the educational concept through participation and interaction,help the grandparents to understand and accumulate the methods and experience of education and guidance from different generations,enrich the experience,and improve the quality of home with common education and guidance.
