摘要
统计分析了33组高强度厚板止裂韧性K_(ca)与表面、1/4板厚t、心部三个不同位置拉伸性能表征参量的相关性。结果表明,止裂韧性K_(ca(-10℃))随板厚方向屈服强度变异系数CV_(Rp0.2)的增大呈减小的趋势,建立了止裂韧性K_(ca(-10℃))与屈服强度变异系数CV_(Rp0.2)的相关性方程:K_(ca(-10℃))=-7. 1·Rp0. 2·ln(CV_(Rp0.2))-2. 85×10^(-10)·R_(p0.2)·T_0~2·t^2。
Homogeneity relationship of test data of crack arrest toughness Kca(-10℃)and tensile mechanical property of high strength plates of thirty-three groups was analyzed. The results show that arrest toughness decreases with the increasing of variable coefficient of yield strength along the thickness direction;that the relationship formula of Kca(-10℃)and CVRp0.2is proposed based on above results: Kca(-10℃)=-7. 1·Rp0.2·ln(CVRp0.2)-2. 85×10^-10·Rp0.2·T0^2·t^2.
