摘要
采用甲基丙烯酸设计合成出具有低粗糙度表面的聚丙烯酸锌树脂,利用在线红外分析了其反应过程,并结合单体转化率及树脂酸值监测,确定了其反应工艺;实海挂板及铜离子渗出率和阻力性能分析表明,其具有良好的防污性能及低阻性能。
Zinc acrylate copolymers with low surface roughness was designed and synthesized by methacrylic acid. Its reaction process were also analyzed by IR-Online and the reaction technique was confirmed by the conversion rate of monomers and the acid value of resin. Besides,the good antifouling and low drag performances of the paints were further confirmed by the immersion test,copper ion leaching test and drag test.
