摘要
为了减少离心式氯气压缩机轴端密封泄漏量,提出一种将充抽气迷宫式梳齿密封由两腔式变为三腔式的方法,效果显著,泄漏量减少了1.18 m^3/h。具体改造措施有3点:①为了保障腔内的密封气压力不因工艺氯气的压力变化而受影响,利用差压变送器来维持工艺氯气与密封气之间的压力差不变;②为了使差压变送器获取两者的压力差,在压缩机轴端留有氯气泄漏腔;③改变密封齿数。
In order to reduce the leakage in the shaft end seal of centrifugal chlorine compressor,a method was proposed,i.e.to change the two-chamber-type air-filled labyrinth comb seal to three-chamber-type one.The effect was remarkable.The leakage was reduced by 1.18 m3/h.The concrete reformation measures were introduced.In order to ensure that the sealing gas pressure in the chamber was not affected by the pressure change of process chlorine,a differential pressure trarismitter was used to maintain the pressure difference between process chlorine and the sealing gas unchanged.In order to pass the pressure difference between the chlorine and the sealing gas to the differential pressure transmitter,a chlorine leakage chamber was arranged at the shaft end of the compressor.The number of seal tooth was changed.
