摘要
概述了应用代料香菇两步栽培法,菇类防杂剂配方及其应用技术,真姬菇、香菇生理特性,基质标准化灭菌方法,发酵料栽培食用菌技术,培菌中生理产热,改进的基质灭菌设备,地洞小气候等技术方法、研究成果和设备设施的节能效果,为解决食用菌生产高耗能问题提供了科学依据。
In this study,the achievement and energy-saving effects of the technologies were reviewed,such as:the two-step method of cultivating Lentinus edodes,the application of anti-bacteria agents,the physiological characters of Hypsizygus marmoreus and Lentinus edodes,standard substrate sterilization protocol,substrate composting technology,physiological heat production,improved sterilization equipment and the micro-climate of caves,expecting to provide scientific support for energy saving in mushroom production.
